Plein Air Retreat in Oregon Wine Country

I’ll be supporting this retreat as a MELT, creative movement, and mindfulness guide — offering participants opportunities to relax, restore, and connect more deeply with their bodies. During downtime, I’ll also provide massage and private MELT instruction to help decompress tension and support creativity.
