Hi, I’m Lila.
For more than three decades, I've guided thousands of classes, workshops, and private sessions in settings ranging from studios and universities to corporations, retreats, and online communities.
I love working with people who want to stay active, mobile, and pain-free—whether that means hiking through the woods, playing with grandkids, or simply moving through daily life with ease. I began as both a yoga teacher and a Licensed Massage Therapist, and over the years I’ve built a deep somatic toolbox that includes bodywork, mindfulness meditation, energy practices, coaching, and the highest certification in the MELT Method.
What I love most is helping people discover simple, lasting ways to care for themselves—practices that restore balance, calm the nervous system, and create more freedom to enjoy life fully.
